The author of this expertise is Prof. dr hab. Oh. Andrew Derdziuk. As part of the study, the subject of the theological and moral approach to the sacramental marriage was discussed. On the basis of the presented expert opinion, the author undertakes the task of justifying the essential features of the marital communion of persons from the perspective of moral theology.
