Welcome to the website of the project “The concept of marriage in the prism of theories and imperative requirements”. The project “The concept of marriage in the prism of the theory of imperative requirements” is of an interdisciplinary nature. It covers three research areas.
- The first is related to extensive interdisciplinary research aimed at showing that marriage in the traditional sense, understood as a union of a woman and a man, is a national value.
- The second area relates to the study of the position of marriage in traditional terms from the perspective of European and EU law.
- The third area of research undertaken in the project concerns the impact of the definition of marriage on the Polish legal system.
