Information on processed personal data

Your personal data is processed in order to implement the agreement on sharing and editing content by https://pojecie-malzenstwa.pl, as well as a complementary agreement on entrusting the processing of personal data and the implementation of other obligations under the law, including the archiving obligation . The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the conclusion or performance of the contract, the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, as well as the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the personal data administrator. Personal data will be processed until there is a basis for their processing – in the case of the necessity of personal data to perform the contract for the duration of its performance, in the case of a legal obligation on the personal data administrator, until this obligation exists. Providing personal data is a requirement resulting from the contract, and failure to do so will result in the inability to perform the contract.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be transferred to:

1. public bodies and state offices or other entities authorized by law or performing tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority.
2. entities processing data on behalf of the administrator of personal data, who are authorized to process them.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or an international organization.

Rights of the data subject

You have the right to request the personal data administrator:

• access to your personal data,
• rectifying them,
• restrictions on their processing.

Please send a request to exercise the above-mentioned rights in writing or in electronic form in accordance with Art. 78¹ § 1 of the Civil Code to the personal data administrator (address provided at the beginning, with the annotation “Personal data protection”). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
