Marriage is recognized as a universal way of creating a family, which is constantly evolving, and it is also a special organization of human life, which corresponds to the essence of human nature and the essence of society, combining certain elements into a single whole. In her expert opinion, Dr. Iryna Kozak-Balaniuk presents the regulations of Ukrainian law, with a special focus on the Family Code of Ukraine, in the said study we will also get acquainted with the analysis of the most important regulations governing the definition of marriage, the rights and obligations of spouses, and the rights and obligations related to parenthood.
